425 Magazine Best of the Eastside Issue featuring Henredon-Schoener photographed by Studio B

My very favorite issue of 425 Magazine is hot off the presses!  It's the "Best of the Eastside" list of all things fabulous in the 425 area code.  I used the last one until it was in tatters for everything from restaurants to salons to places to take my young kids on a rainy day.  One of the big winners featured in this issue was  Henredon-Schoener in Bellevue.  If you've ever seen a movie at the Lincoln Center Cinemas, you have no doubt ridden the escalator past their fabulous store front and been captivated by their awe-inspiring interiors.  The Schoeners' are a true local success story - Mom Linda and her sons Mathew and Brian are the brains behind this family-owned business that started as a small upholstery project in a garage circa 1976.  Today, the Schoener's "Design, Build and Furnish" projects are the stuff that dreams are made of and a "who's who" client list of Seattle's most fabulous homes.  I had a chance to photograph Matt Schoener, Interior Designer Holly Sowles and a few of the design staff recently so of course I thought I'd share a bit from the photo shoot.   The interior displays are always changing but I was especially in love with the Ralph Lauren rooms that featured gorgeous black and white equestrian inspired wall portraits and series.  Total inspiration for all of you horse lovers out there!
