So it hits me just as I'm beginning to photograph Interlake High School Senior Lucas... this guy reminds me of Super Man's alter ego...Clark Kent! Apparently I was slow to the party...he's heard it before ;-) With his striking good looks, tall frame and easy laugh...guess the secret got out before he met me for his photo shoot. (heehee) The genetic gifts run in the family -- I photographed his gorgeous sister Margo a couple of years ago. Still one of my favorites.
Anyone that says that guys don't get into photography as much as the girls clearly has not seen our cast of fellas. Kennedy High School 2014 Senior is a star...I mean this kid just lights up a room with his energy and 100 watt smile. I have been waiting for someone to break out the bow tie and suspenders for far too long and POW -- in walks Shingo rocking it like he means it. For his senior pictures photo shoot he requested a little Frank Ocean on the sound system so I was privileged to get to see him bust a move a couple times too. Fun Fun Fun :-)
So clearly you can look at Josh from Issaquah High School and see that he's genetically blessed visually...but it was his "radio DJ" voice that grabbed me straight out of the gate. I hear this kid in the lobby talking with his deep voice and ready laugh and I just knew we were going to have a good time! Josh brought his lacrosse stick for this outdoor series and visions of Abercrombie danced through my head...just so fricken cool.
Let me answer the question for you, "NO, it really doesn't come any come any cooler than a guy and his bad @ss truck" and 2011 Skyline Senior Austin (and his ride) look flat out amazing here. I have had the joy of photographing Austin and his family several times before and trust me when I tell you...I was totally looking forward to his senior pictures photo shoot if for nothing else...just another opportunity to play with them :-) Outdoor senior pictures are always touch and go when you live in Seattle but the heavens were smiling on us -- the sun was making the most perfectly timed appearance for an entire day of blue skies.
