Family Portraits: When “Fur Flying” is a Good Thing

Let’s be honest, Family Portraits is the only time when “fur flying” is a good thing. What better way to make your photoshoot even more personalized and complete than with the addition of your best furry friend? Dogs, cats, bunnies….we welcome all of your sweet little family members.

We have a few tips for making your fur-tastic session the best it can be for all of you.

  1. Pamper your pet. A trip to the groomers, or even just a bath and a brush is a great way to prepare your pet to be in front of the camera.

  2. De-stress your pet. Leash and treats are an excellent way to encourage a happy and cooperative attitude for your pet. A new environment can be a lot for your pet to take in, and bringing their kennel allows them a place for them to feel safe and relax. It also allows you a minute to focus on yourself before, during and after the session as needed.

  3. Chat with our team. Let the StudioB Team know if you or your pet has any special need or restrictions.. This information will help us customize your photo session in advance of your arrival.

Finally…have fun. Your pet will be at their best if you are. They are in tune with their family and just happy to be with you guys and a part of the process.

Are you ready to get pictures of your WHOLE family?
