HIRING: Account Growth manager

Studio B Portraits is a confidence-driven, luxury portrait studio on Seattle’s Eastside, and we’re looking for an Account Growth Manager who can turn meaningful connections into lasting client relationships.

This role is for someone who’s equal parts relationship-builder + revenue driver: you love people, you read between the lines, you know how to ask the right questions, and you genuinely enjoy turning interest into action. You’re energized by connection, but you also thrive inside a clean pipeline, a well-managed database, and numbers that tell a clear story.

You’ll nurture, qualify, and convert incoming leads while staying deeply connected to our existing clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure every campaign, event, and partnership translates into meaningful bookings. From first inquiry to final confirmation, you’ll guide prospective clients through the Studio B experience: building trust, removing hesitation, and helping them confidently say yes.

Your work won’t just support growth…it will directly drive it.

This position is primarily in-studio 20-40 hours per week in Issaquah, with flexibility based on session schedules and seasonal demand (including occasional evenings and weekends during peak seasons).

Studio B Account Growth Manager — [Your Name]

Please include:

1) Your resume (PDF preferred)

2) A quick video of you (link via Google Drive or unlisted YouTube)
In your video, answer these three prompts:

  1. Why Studio B?
What about our brand feels like a fit for you?

  2. Show us how your brain works.
Pick one Studio B service (Seniors, Personal Branding, or Families) and walk us through how you would increase bookings for it over the next 60 days. One idea to re-engage past clients, how you would follow up with leads who go quiet, etc. We’re less interested in buzzwords and more interested in how you think!

  3. How do you run the system?
Walk us through your sales and account management process. How do you track and prioritize leads, stay consistent with follow-up without feeling pushy, use data to improve conversion rates, and keep the client experience elevated when the studio is busy and inquiries are coming in fast? We want to understand how you balance heart and numbers — relationship and revenue.
